The Title IX regulations that first came in under the Obama administration are likely to be back “on day one of [Joe Biden’s] presidency,” reports the Blaze.
The report states that “President-elect Joe Biden plans to reinstate Obama-era Title IX regulations ensuring that transgender students are allowed to use the bathroom or locker room that aligns with their gender identity.”
President Trump famously put an end to these regulations saying that gender identity isn’t protected under Title IX and that the Obama administration tried to falsely identify sex as ‘gender identity’ and not ‘biological gender.’
The report states that “within months of implementation, approximately half of the states had sued the Obama administration over” Title IX regulations arguing that “without federal guidance, policies with regard to transgender discrimination are left to the states.”
Now according to the Biden administration’s website, “On his first day in office, Biden will reinstate the Obama-Biden guidance revoked by the Trump-Pence Administration, which will restore transgender students’ access to sports, bathrooms, and locker rooms in accordance with their gender identity.”

It says that President Biden “will direct his Department of Education to vigorously enforce and investigate violations of transgender students’ civil rights.” All schools that refuse to comply with this directive to the Department of Education risk losing their federal funding.
Biden’s administration also plans on “ending school discipline policies that disproportionately impact LGBTQ+ students.” It says that LGBTQ+ students are “more likely than their non-LGBTQ+ peers to receive detention, suspensions, and expulsions from school.” Biden assumes this means that they are being discriminated against for their personal life choices.
The report states that “the Democratic Party, which heralds itself as the party of science, has quickly moved left on the issue of transgenderism, denying the biological reality of the gender binary.” The idea that a biological female could fairly compete with a biological male is part of why the Democrat Party is accused of “denying the biological reality of gender binary.”
President Trump’s administration spent the last four years attempting to root out and extinguish any traces of the social justice curriculum that plagued our children’s education system. In Biden’s first 100 days, he will set out on a path to undo all of President Trump’s work.
Parents want their children to learn a classical education that will allow them to be confident and succeed. We won’t get that with Joe Biden in charge of the Department of Education. It is easier to control a population if you tell them teach them to be a victim. It is time to take an active role in your child’s education.
