Nothing is more apparent after Joe’s town hall last night than these three things:

  1. Joe Biden knows that science supports the immediate opening of schools but decided to side with the powerful and deep pockets inside the teachers’ unions.
  2. Joe Biden blamed the low percentage of black and Hispanic Americans that haven’t received the vaccine on their races’ inability to understand how to get onto the internet and figure out where the vaccines are being distributed.
  3. Joe Biden will say anything the Chinese Communist Party tells him to say.

Do you think Biden is indebted to China?

Last night, the President of the United States sat on a public stage and defended the genocide of the Uyghurs in China. Conservatives were quick to point out the striking similarity between the answer Joe Biden gave on the genocide currently happening in China and the answer normally given by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) to shut down questions about the genocide.

Background:

Last summer, an anonymous drone operator released footage that allegedly shows the Chinese Communist Party soldiers guarding Uyghurs that were sitting in rows “bound and blindfolded.” The Twitter account claims that the Uyghurs were at the train station “waiting to be loaded onto train cars and taken – somewhere.”

Prof. Steve Hanke, Economist at Johns Hopkins University, shared an alarming video that he claims shows the “re-education camps” allegedly filled with Uyghur children. He tweets that in the Xijiang camp, “Uyghur children are forcefully separated from their parents and ordered to chant, “My mother is China, we love our mother, we love China.”

From PM: “Canadian Conservative Party Leader Erin O’Toole on Tuesday morning called for Canada to pressure the International Olympic Committee to move the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics. “Approximately one million Uyghurs have been forcibly relocated into detention centers for re-education in Xianjing. People who have managed to escape have reported horrific coordinated violence using physical, mental, and sexual torture,” said O’Toole.”

Why it matters:

Joe Biden is the President of the United States. We are a country that projects itself as the beacon of moral superiority. We rescue the little guy. We go into the fight when everyone else is running away. So when the President of the United States is asked about the genocide happening in China, and his response is to downplay what is obviously a human rights violation, you should care.

Biden said, “If you know anything about Chinese history, it has always been the time China has been victimized by the outer world is when they haven’t been unified at home.” He claims that it’s ok that the Uyghurs are allegedly used as guinea pigs in medical experiments, losing their children to Chinese education camps, and women and men are raped and sterilized in concentration camps  because “the center principle of Xi Jinping is that there must be a united tightly controlled China.”

The President of the United States said that he is “not going to speak out against what [China’s President] is doing in Hong Kong, what he’s doing with the Uyghurs in western mountains of China and the one-China policy.” Biden says, don’t worry, “I say – he gets it. Culturally there are different norms in each country, and their leaders are expected to follow.”

Biden – who says he jumped into the race because of Trump’s racism – is now saying that China’s allegedly kidnapping, torturing, and murdering of Uyghurs is not a good enough reason to take forceful policies on China. The amount of time we wasted keeping slavery legal in America and staying out of the war that freed the Jews in Europe was a stain on American history. We are allowing another such stain right now.
