Democrats just got the worst news possible as we move towards the November mid-term elections.

More than one million voters have switched their political affiliation from Democrat to Republican, and even worse for them the shift is biggest among suburban voters.

A political shift is taking hold across the U.S. as tens of thousands of suburban swing voters who helped fuel the Democratic Party’s gains in recent years are becoming Republicans.

More than 1 million voters across 43 states have switched to the Republican Party over the last year, according to voter registration data analyzed by The Associated Press. The previously unreported number reflects a phenomenon that is playing out in virtually every region of the country — Democrat and Republican states along with cities and small towns — in the period since President Joe Biden replaced former President Donald Trump.

But nowhere is the shift more pronounced — and dangerous for Democrats — than in the suburbs, where well-educated swing voters who turned against the Republican Party in recent years appear to be swinging back.

Given that this news is coming from the very biased Associated Press you can bet the actual numbers are even worse for Democrats than is being reported.

That said this is a mess the Democrats and their seemingly insane leaders have brought upon themselves.

The things Democrats care most about, the Jan 6th committee, climate change, destroying the economy, are not the things that are important to voters.

Voters care about pocketbook issues like the high cost of energy, the high cost of groceries, the high cost of virtually everything else and the lack of availability of some products on store shelves.

All the Biden administration has done is screw things up so bad they make Barack Obama and Jimmy Carter’s administrations look good by comparison.

In fact things have gotten so bad so fast you have to wonder if they’re doing it on purpose.

Their primary tool seems to be a wrecking ball and it’s been remarkably effective at destroying the economy and it seems like the wheels are coming off of the country.

Things seem to get worse by the day and those in Washington DC, including many Republicans, don’t care at all.
