Kanye West said he would distance himself from politics in 2018.
But he got right back in to start 2019.
The music and fashion superstar pledged his support for President Donald Trump in a New Year’s Day message on Twitter.
If there was any doubt that he will still on Team Trump he dispelled those rumors.
“Trump all day,” he wrote in one of his first messages of 2019.

He followed that with another.
“One of my favorite of many things about what the Trump hat represents to me is that people can’t tell me what to do because I’m black,” he said.

And then he took aim at the Democrat Party and its supposed control of the black voter.
“They will not program me,” he wrote.

Then he hinted that he still has plans to run for President of the United States in 2024.
