PIEDRAS NEGRAS, Coahuila — The score of a televised soccer match and alcohol was the reason for a fistfight that escalated into gunfire. A group of Mexican soldiers on their day off started fighting with some federal police and then fired as the cops were leaving. After the shooting, the soldiers also shot at local cops responding to the scene.
