SNL Skewers MSNBC, Mueller Report And Michael Avenatti In Vicious Cold Open

Will Donald Trump Win the 2020 Election?

Saturday Night Live took a break from its usual attacks on President Donald Trump to take aim at some of the Democrats favorites.

The sketch comedy show’s cold open poked fun at actress Lori Loughlin, MSNBC, Michael Avenatti, Julian Assange and a gangster rapper.

The show opened with a sketch of the MSNBC show “Lockup,” a popular reality prison show on the news network.

“Now that the Mueller report turned out to be a big fat zero, we’re back to prison shows,” the narrator said as it showed three men in prison for various crimes, The Daily Mail reported.

One of the inmates says he is in prison for armed robbery, another is incarcerated after he was convicted of assault, and a third who ‘stabbed my neighbor to death and ate his fingers so that they couldn’t ID the body.’

‘Damn, that’s insane,’ one of the inmates remarks.

At this point, Kate McKinnon, who plays Lori Loughlin, enters the scene.

Is SNL biased against conservatives?

“Oh, yeah? You think that’s insane? I paid 500 grand to get my daughter into USC,” the fake Loughlin told the inmates.

“I paid 500 grand to a women’s crew coach to say my daughter was good at rowing. I’m loco,” she said.

One of the inmates played by Kenan Thompson asks Loughlin: ‘Hold up. You paid 500 grand for USC?’

She told the inmates that she paid $500,000 for her daughter to attend USC and major in communications and that her job now is as an influencer on Instagram.

Thompson calls for the guards when Loughlin shouted “Hey, I own the guards in here. I helped their kids get into a really competitive pre-K.”

“You think prison is hard?” Loughlink asked. “I have done 68 Hallmark movies. I have seen hell, man!

“And in half those Hallmark movies, I marry Santa’s son, so I have lost all sense of reality.” She told the inmates.

As they are working to decide who is the most insane person in the prison Michael Avenatti, played by Pete Davidson, enters.

“’B****, I’m accused of crimes you can’t even conceive of, like blackmailing a sneaker company and stealing taxes from a coffee shop to fund a race car team,” he said.

“And I’m so shady that a porn star once said that she needed to distance herself from me,” he said, a reference to Stormy Daniels.

“And you know what the worst part is? I might still run for president. Avenatti/Baldwin 2020,” he said, referring to Alec Baldwin.
