Chow Chung-yan and Nectar Gan report in the South China Morning Post that Breitbart Executive Steve Bannon argued in a speech in Hong Kong on Tuesday that China can avoid a trade war with the United States by stopping its use of forced technology transfers to undermine U.S. competitiveness.
